The Challenge

Kaizen Five was approached by Prestige Design & Workwear which was looking to revamp its website. The company had a website that was outdated, difficult to navigate, and was hindering its ability to sell products online. Our task was to create a new website that would provide a better user experience, increase sales, and streamline workflow.

How Did Kaizen Five Help?

Discovery Phase: We started the project with a discovery phase where we conducted research to understand the company’s business objectives, target audience, and industry trends. We also conducted a thorough analysis of their existing website to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Design Phase: Based on our research, we developed a design strategy that focused on improving the user experience. We designed a modern and clean layout that was easy to navigate and visually appealing. We also incorporated a responsive design that ensured the website would be optimised for any device, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Development Phase: Once the design was approved, we began the development phase. We used WordPress as the content management system (CMS) to build the website. We customised the CMS to meet the company’s specific needs and requirements, such as the ability to manage products and orders, process payments, and handle shipping and logistics.

One of the primary challenges we faced during the development phase was to prevent the website from crashing during high traffic periods. We implemented a better hosting solution to solve this.

To further enhance the website’s performance, we optimised it for speed and search engine optimisation (SEO). We used a combination of techniques such as image compression, code optimisation, and caching to ensure that the website loaded quickly and was easily accessible to search engines.

Launch Phase: After rigorous testing and quality assurance, we launched the website. We provided the company with training on how to use the CMS and manage their products, orders, and payments. We also provided ongoing support to ensure that the website remained up-to-date, secure, and fully functional.

Results Since the launch of the new website, the company has seen significant improvements in its online sales and user engagement. The website is now easy to navigate, visually appealing, and optimised for search engines.

Overall, the redesign of the website has provided the company with a better CMS, streamlined workflow, and increased online sales. Our web design agency was able to deliver a solution that exceeded the client’s expectations, and we continue to provide ongoing support to ensure the website remains up-to-date and functional.
